The SDK and MCP server are open, Apache-2.0, and built to run offline. The web portal adds hosted operation: account access, billing, API-key metering, public records, hosted minting, legitimacy state, verification reports, mint receipts, ledgers, audit exports, and operational controls for teams.

The sovereign SDK and MCP server are free and open. The hosted service provides records, API-keyed routes, legitimacy checks, reports, receipts, ledgers, and audit exports.

Limits below apply only to the hosted service: portal-managed public records, API-keyed mint and verify, legitimacy state, verification reports, mint receipts, ledgers, and audit exports. The SDK and MCP remain free to run outside the hosted service.
