You may use AgentEnvelope only lawfully and in accordance with the documentation, plan limits, and any written agreement that applies to your account. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use generated authority material for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for protecting account access, integration code, API keys, seeds, signing material, and any systems connected to AgentEnvelope. You should use appropriate server-side controls and must promptly address suspected compromise.

We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website, console, API, or documentation to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, or handle circumstances outside our reasonable control.

AgentEnvelope branding, interface design, documentation, copy, and service technology belong to AgentEnvelope or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except as allowed by law or written agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service, incorrect integrations, third-party services, unavailable networks, or events beyond our reasonable control.
